By the end of 2016, Shanghai Lingang Fengxian Industrial Park will finish the construction of nearly 300,000 square meters of high-end international-standard workshops, for which customized workshops can also be available.

Lingang Industrial Park Standard Workshop Phase I

Phase 1 project was launched in 2012 and completed in July, 2013, with the total construction area of 40,000 m2. It is also built under international design and planning, using exposed framing glass curtain wall and large-span, steel structure. Workshop demands from 2,000 to 10,000 m2 are all available, which is ideal for all types of manufacturing enterprises.

Lingang Industrial Park Standard Workshop Phase II
Phase II project remains the same type as Phase I, with the total construction area of 125,128 m2. Phase II project is built under two stages. Stage I has been completed in July, 2015, and Stage II will be completed by the third quarter of 2016. Single or multi-storied standard workshops from 2,000 m2 to 10,000 m2 can be provided, and customized workshops are also available.  

Lingang Industrial Park Standard Workshop Phase III
Phase III project is co-invested by Lingang Fengxian Economics Development Co., Ltd. and Warburg Pincus, with a total construction area of 73,531 m2. Single-storied workshops from 2,000 m2 to 6,000 m2, and nearly 30,000 m2 of multi-storied standard workshops are all available.

Lingang Industrial Park Standard Workshop Phase IV
Phase IV project covers a total area of 113,334 m2 and the total construction area of 85,233 m2, providing 2,000 m2 to 10,000 m2 of both single and multi-storied workshops. 
Standard Workshop Phase IV keeps the style of being simple and clean, the same as those of Phase I to IV projects.
